Classy Design Studio (Istanbul, Türkiye) acts as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). For any question: hello@classydesign.studio.
We only collect the information you share through the contact form when you reach out to us: your name, email address, company/brand name and your message. We do not collect personal data from visitors beyond this.
This information is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and communicate with you. The legal basis is your explicit consent given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding (KVKK art. 5).
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Only the infrastructure providers required to run the service may act as processors: site hosting (Cloudflare) and email (Google Workspace).
This site does not use marketing or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Only technical elements strictly necessary for the site to function may be used.
We keep your information only for as long as your enquiry requires, then delete it within a reasonable period.
You have the right to access your personal data; to request its correction, deletion or destruction; and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, simply write to hello@classydesign.studio.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
