The security of your personal data matters to us. This page explains, plainly, what data Classy Design processes, why, and how.
Classy Design Studio (Istanbul, Türkiye) acts as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). For any question: hello@classydesign.studio.
We only collect the information you share through the contact form when you reach out to us: your name, email address, company/brand name and your message. When you submit the form, a few basic technical details — such as the page you arrived from and any campaign parameters — are also sent automatically, which helps us understand where your enquiry came from. Beyond this, aggregate usage data is processed through Google Analytics 4 as described under “Cookies and analytics”.
This information is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and communicate with you. The legal basis is your explicit consent given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding (KVKK art. 5).
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Only the infrastructure providers required to run the service may act as processors: site hosting (Cloudflare), email (Google Workspace) and analytics (Google Analytics 4).
Classy Design uses Google Analytics 4 on the public site to understand aggregate usage and interactions such as contact and lead actions. We do not run marketing or advertising tracking, and we do not sell this data. Beyond this, only technical elements strictly necessary for the site to function are used.
We keep your information only for as long as your enquiry requires, then delete it within a reasonable period.
You have the right to access your personal data; to request its correction, deletion or destruction; and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, simply write to hello@classydesign.studio.
