The commercial outcome we work toward — helping the right customer find, understand and choose a business — is broader than any single one of these; web design is the most visible part of it, not the only part.

What we don't do is promise a result: no provider can guarantee that ChatGPT or another AI system will cite or recommend a specific business, and we won't describe this as 'ranking in ChatGPT' — that's not how these systems work.

AI discovery is about something adjacent but different: whether a system can retrieve, understand and cite an entity, and whether that entity gets considered as relevant when someone describes a need in conversation. A site with strong SEO can still be poorly understood by an AI system, and the reverse is also possible. We treat them as related, not interchangeable.
No. Classy Design Studio doesn't position itself as a paid-media agency, a performance-marketing agency, or a generic lead-generation service — we don't manage ad accounts or run campaigns. When we talk about customer acquisition, we mean something specific: helping the right customer find, understand and choose a business through web design, search and AI discoverability, multilingual architecture, and conversion infrastructure — not through paid traffic.
Sometimes. Google Search often begins with a query; a ChatGPT conversation can begin earlier, with the user explaining their problem, constraints and preferences before ever asking for a recommendation. That means some AI-referred visitors may arrive after part of the discovery and comparison process has already happened in the conversation. This doesn't mean every ChatGPT referral is automatically more qualified than a Google one.
