An architecture firm's website is rarely the first contact; it is where a referred client checks whether the firm is what they were told. We design websites that pass that check: relevant project history, a clear specialisation, and the calm to let the work speak.
Projects filed by type, scale and location, each with a purpose, a material and one decision worth explaining. A prospective client with a similar brief should find the closest precedent in two clicks.
Residential, hospitality, workplace or restoration: the site says what the firm takes on and what it doesn't. Ambiguity reads as inexperience.
Who leads, who builds, how many projects run in parallel. On a larger project the client is buying execution capacity, and the site should answer that before the first meeting.
Structured data for the firm and each project, and answer-ready pages for the questions clients ask before they call. In ClassyDesign's 2026 benchmark of 24 owner questions, no AI answer mentioned AI visibility unprompted (0 of 72); the firms preparing for it are still few.
Material, light and proportion carry the site the way they carry the work. No stock animation, no feature lists.
Three things carry more weight than aesthetics: a project archive with genuinely completed work at a relevant scale, a stated specialisation, and visible team and execution capacity. ClassyDesign's 2026 AI benchmark and the articles around it found that AI systems and clients alike look for these signals; there is no evidence that visual polish alone wins a larger commission.
Not as a lead engine first. The website's first job is verification: the referred client searches the firm's name and needs to find a credible, current site. Search and AI visibility come second, for the smaller share of projects discovered without a referral. We build the verification layer first and add discovery on top of it.
Confidential or unbuilt work is common. We show what can be shown (typology, scale, material approach, process) and state the limits plainly; a case with a clear 'what we can show' line reads more credible than a vague one. The ASSISE concept demo is built exactly this way: representative imagery, disclosed as such.
Tell us about the firm: what you build, who refers you, and the project you want the website to help you win.
